AHL - Management Changes

Angostura Holdings Limited has informed the Stock Exchange of the following changes to the management of Angostura Holdings Limited (AHL) and Angostura Limited (AL):

- The resignation of Executive Director Ms. Vidia Doodnath from the Board of AHL and AL with effect from September 30th 2013.
- The appointment of Mr. Romesh Singh as Chief Operations Officer, effective October 1st 2013.
- The appointment of Ms. Bernadette Sammy as Financial Controller, effective October 1st 2013.
