GHL - Notice of Annual Meeting

Guardian Holdings Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the Directors have fixed May 7, 2013 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2013, which will be held at 4:30 pm at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings, Trinidad. Formal notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at April 5, 2013, which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.
