Mora Ven Holdings Limited - Solaris Energy Limited acquires Aqua Sol Components

Mora Ven Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that one of its subsidiaries of MVHL – Solaris Energy Limited (SEL) (a private company) has acquired a 60% shareholding in a Barbados owned company called Aqua Sol Components Limited (Aqua Sol). Aqua Sol is now called Solaris Global Energy Limited (SGEL).
