NML - Listing of Shares

8,274,461 Ordinary Shares in Neal & Massy Holdings Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Tuesday 26th February, 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 97,149,371 Ordinary Shares.

The shares are issued as a result of the following:

1. Exercise of Options by Senior Executive Management – 160,440
2. Shares issued to BS&T shareholders with respect to the Neal & Massy Offer and Take-over Bid - 8,114,021 shares.
