Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 67(2)(c) of the Securities Act, 2012 (“the Act”), the unaudited financial statements for Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC-Value Fund and Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC-Development Fund for the six months ended March 31, 2025, have been completed and are available for viewing at www.eppleylimited.com.
