APPOINTMENT OF MS. COLETTE DELANEY AS AN INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”) advises that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 12th May, 2025, Ms. Colette Delaney was elected a director of the Company.

Ms. Delaney brings over 40 years of distinguished leadership experience across the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and the Caribbean in retail, commercial, and corporate banking as well as insurance, which will play a pivotal role in advancing the Company’s strategic goals.

We are pleased to welcome Ms. Delaney to the Guardian Group Family. This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
