Notice to Shareholders
DECLARATION OF QUARTER ONE 2025 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

At a Meeting held on 1st May, 2025, the Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited declared a first quarter dividend of TT$0.21 per share, payable to its Shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 20th May, 2025.

Please be further advised that the Directors have fixed 20th May, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders entitled to receive this dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 11th June, 2025.
