NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of NCB FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED will be held on February 13, 2025, at 10 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time/Jamaica time) in a hybrid format at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, 81 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5, in the parish of Saint Andrew, Jamaica (limited seating, pre-registration required*), and online through access information to be made available at www.myncb.com/agm, to consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:

1.    Audited Financial Statements

RESOLUTION 1:
“THAT the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended September 30, 2024, along with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors, circulated with the Notice convening the Meeting, be and are hereby adopted.”
