Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Change in Directorate

Further to the Notice published on November 25, 2024, regarding the reduction in the size of the Company's directorship, the Company wishes to advise that the following Directors retired on rotation from the Board of Directors, effective January 15, 2025: 

Peter Jeewan - Independent, Non-Executive Director 
Suresh Maharaj - Independent, Non-Executive Director 
Vaughn Martin - Executive Director 
Bruce Melizan - Independent, Non-Executive Director 

The Chairman and the Board of Directors would like to thank Messrs. Jeewan, Maharaj, Martin and Melizan for their dedicated years of service.
