NOTICE
CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL" or the "the Company") hereby advises that Mr. Humberto Gutierrez Prado  has replaced Mr. Edgar Campos Piedra as Group Finance Manager effective January 3, 2025.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Gutierrez held the position of Group Treasury and Consolidation Manager for the TCL Group.

Mr.Campos held the position of Group Finance Manager from November 1, 2019 and will take up another position within the Cemex Group.

TCL thanks Mr. Campos for his contribution during his tenure and extends best wishes to him in his future undertakings.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
