NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1)(b) OF THE SECURITIES ACT, CHAP. 83:02 AND RULE 603 OF THE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE RULES

Guardian Media Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that with immediate effect from January 1st, 2025, Ms. Candice Changoor has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The Company and the Board of Directors would like to congratulate Ms. Changoor on her appointment.
