Guardian Holdings Limited- Board of Directors Changes

Guardian Holdings Limited (“the Company”) hereby advises of the resignation of Mr. Ravi Tewari as Director with effect from 29th April, 2024.

The Company also wishes to advise that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 2nd May, 2024, Mr. Bruce Bowen was elected as a Director of the Company.

Guardian Group takes this opportunity to sincerely thank Mr. Ravi Tewari for his invaluable contribution to the Company and is pleased to welcome Mr. Bowen to the Board of Guardian Holdings Limited.
