DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share based on the results of the half-year that ended on March 31, 2024. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2024, to shareholders on the Register as at May 10, 2024.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
The Register of Members will be closed on May 10, 2024.
