Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment and Annual General Meeting

RECORD DATE FOR ISSUE OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited have fixed Thursday 2nd May, 2024 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2024, which will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings, Trinidad and Tobago. Formal Notice of Meeting will be sent to Shareholders on register as at 8th April, 2024 in accordance to Section 111(a)(i) of the Companies Act of Trinidad and Tobago.

RECORD DATE FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Based upon the Financial Results for the year ended 31st December, 2023, the Directors have decided to pay a Final Dividend of TT$0.53 (fifty-three cents) per share to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at 17th April, 2024, which has been fixed as the Record Date for this payment. The payment date for this dividend will be 1st May, 2024.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
To facilitate payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on 17th April, 2024.
