JMMB Group Limited - Notice of Appointment of a Director

JMMB Group Limited announces that Mrs. Nerisha Farquharson has been appointed to its board of directors effective April 2, 2024. 

Mrs. Farquharson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with extensive experience and knowledge in private markets, financial risk, trading, portfolio and treasury management, investment and corporate strategy formulation and value chain optimization. 

Currently, she is CEO , Private Capital of the Proven Group, where she is responsible for managing the portfolio of Private Equity and Private Credit investments of the company . 

She holds a BBA in Finance (Hons.) along with an MBA in International Business (with distinction), from at the University of the West Indies, Mona. She has been a CFA Charter Holder since 2012. 

The JMMB family welcomes Mrs. Farquharson and looks forward to her contribution to the further success of the JMMB Group.
