ANSA McAL LIMITED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

On March 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of ANSA McAL Limited declared a Final Dividend of $1.50 per ordinary share. This dividend is payable on June 3, 2024 to shareholders on record at close of business on May 20, 2024.

RECORD DATE AND CLOSING OF THE REGISTER
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap 81:01) the Directors have fixed May 20, 2024 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive the Final Dividend.

The Register of Members will be closed on May 23 to May 24, 2024 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
