The Company advises that on March 25, 2024 the Board of Directors passed a resolution recommending a final dividend of $0.28 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. The Company further advises as follows:

•Payment date: July 31, 2024;
• Record date: July 12, 2024; and
• Ex-dividend date: July 11, 2024
