Pursuant to Section 64(i)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) wishes to advise that the term of office for Ms. Joanne Salazar as a director of NFM came to an end at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30th, 2023.

NFM wishes to thank Ms. Salazar for her sterling contribution to the Company during her term as a director.
