NGL- Notice of Delay in Publication of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st

Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises of a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2022 by the due date of 31 March, 2023. This delay is due to extended audit work required by TTNGL's underlying asset, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited. TTNGL apologises for the delay and anticipates publication of the Financial Statements by 30 June,  2023.
