Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st, 2022, the Directors have declared a final dividend of seventeen cents (17¢) per share payable on May 24th, 2023 to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 8th, 2023 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the payment of dividend.
