The Company advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 24, 2023, a final dividend of $0.25 per share was recommended for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. The Company further advises as follows:

• Payment date: July 31, 2023;
• Record date: July 12, 2023; and
• Ex-dividend date: July 10, 2023.
