Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Delay in Submission of 2022 Audited Financial Statements & Annual Report

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) hereby advises its shareholders, Investors, and other stakeholders that the Company has examined its position with respect to finalising the consolidated financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2022, and the completion of the independent audit thereon and has determined that its current status would likely render TCL unable to comply with its regulatory deadlines. This is due to the Company's recent implementation of SAP, an enterprise resource planning software, which has now created a need for additional audit procedures.
