Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Changes to Executive Management

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) hereby advises that Mr. Roberto Adrian Villarreal will replace Mr. Carlos Roberto Cordero Castro as General Manager, Arawak Cement Company Limited - a subsidiary of TCL organized under the laws of Barbados. This change is effective from August 1^st, 2022.
 

Mr. Roberto Villarreal has been employed with CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. and its subsidiaries ("the CEMEX Group"), for over 9 years and most recently, held the position of Commercial Director at Caribbean Cement Company Limited.
 

Mr. Cordero Castro held the position of General Manager, Arawak Cement Company Limited from August 1, 2019. TCL thanks Mr. Cordero Castro for his contribution during his tenure and extends best wishes to him in his future endeavors.
