Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Changes to the Board of Directors

Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL'' or "the Company") hereby advises that Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzalez has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective July 27, 2022.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 27, 2022, the Board appointed Mr. Jose Antonio Cabrera Guerra as a Director of the Company with effect from July 27, 2022, to fill a casual vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Seijo Gonzalez. This appointment is in accordance with Paragraph 4.4.2 of By-Law No.l of TCL and Mr. Cabrera Guerra shall hold office until the next Annual Meeting of the Company, at which time he shall be eligible for re-election.
