First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment

Based on financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of TT$0.40 ordinary share payable on September 13, 2022 to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at August 30, 2022.

In accordance with Section 110 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81:01 of the Revised Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed August 30, 2022 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of this interim dividend.
