Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice re Shareholder Resolution - TCL Packaging Limited

TCL advises that by a resolution passed at the meeting of the board of Directors of the Company on March 21, 2022, the Directors considered and unanimously approved execution of a Shareholder Resolution authorising:

1. The voluntary winding up of TCL Packaging Limited ("TPL") - a Subsidiary of TCL;
2. The appointment of Brian Hackett of PricewaterhouseCoopers of 11-13 Victoria Avenue, Port of Spain as the Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up; and 
3. The remuneration of the Liquidator.

TCL holds 80% of the total issued and outstanding share capital for TPL.
