Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Cross-Listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE)

Pursuant to Section 64(1)(B) of the Securities Act, 2012, the Company wishes to advise that further to its publication on May 09, 2021, disclosing the Board of Directors decision to apply to cross-list the Company's shares on the Jamaican Stock Exchange ("JSE"), that the cross-listing of the Company's shares on the JSE Main Market was effected on January 27,2022.
