GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Retirement of a Director

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited received notice from GKC advising that Mr. Peter Moses retired from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective December 13th, 2021.

Mr. Moses was appointed to GKC’S Board on June 26th, 2018 and has served as a Member of the Board’s Audit and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committees. He also retires from both the Audit and Corporate Governance & Nomination Committee.

GKC further advised that Mr. Moses will continue to serve in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of GraceKennedy’s commercial bank, First Global Bank Limited.
