Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Change in Senior Officers

The Company wishes to advise of the following changes to its Senior Officers pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012:

• Ms. Anjen Mclean was appointed as Chief Risk Officer effective, October 1, 2021.
• Mr. Eugene Tiah retired as Executive Vice President and Executive Chairman, Gas Products Porfolio effective September 30, 2021, and was replaced by Mr. Vaughn Martin who was appointed as Group Executive Vice President and Executive Chairman, Gas Products Portfolio, effective October 1, 2021.
