Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Material Change

Pursuant to Section 64 (i) (b) of the Securities Act, 83:02 Prestige Holdings Limited wishes to advise on the following changes to the Executive team.

• Hima Rhea Singh ceases to hold the position of Vice President, TGI Fridays effective September 30, 2021.
• Kerri Hosein-Khan, currently Vice President, Starbucks assumes responsibility of overseeing both Starbucks and TGI Fridays as Vice President Starbucks and TGI Fridays effective October 1, 2021.

The Company congratulates Mrs. Hosein-Khan on her appointment and thanks Ms. Singh on her valuable contribution to Prestige Holdings Limited.
