ANSA McAL Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment 2021

On August 12, 2021, the Board of Directors of ANSA McAL Limited declared an Interim Dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share. This Interim Dividend is payable on September 8, 2021 to shareholders on record at close of business on August 25, 2021.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap 81:01) the Directors have fixed August 25, 2021 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive the Interim Dividend. The Register of Members will be closed on August 26 and August 27, 2021 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Interim Dividend.
