Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Disposal of Shares in GHL by NCB Global Holdings Limited

Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL/the Company”) hereby advises that NCB Global Holdings Limited (“NCBGHL”), a substantial shareholder of GHL, notified the Company on 9th July, 2021 that it disposed of 451,612 GHL Ordinary shares on 16th June, 2021, following NCBGHL’s Offer for sale of 2,000,000 GHL Ordinary shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

The balance of Ordinary shares held by NCBGHL in GHL is therefore 143,326,379.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
