NCB Financial Group Limited - Notice of Resignation of a Director

NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) announces that Mr. Adrian Lee-Chin resigned as a director of NCBFG and National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited on July 1, 2021. The Board of NCBFG thanks Mr. A. Lee-Chin for having offered his service as a director of both companies for close to a year, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
