NCB Financial Group Limited - Notice of Trading in Shares

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited received notice from NCBFG advising of the following transactions over the Jamaica Stock Exchange:

• A Director sold 540,800 NCBFG shares on June 1st 2021;
• A Director sold 837,500 NCBFG shares on June 2nd 2021; and 
• A Director sold 837,500 NCBFG shares on June 2nd 2021.
