MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited - Notice of Completion of Asset Acquisition

Please be notified that on 1st June 2021 ("Economic Transfer Date") MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Fund LLC, the Investment Company of MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited has signed the acquisition of the 33.4 MWp solar park Monte Plata in Dominican Republic and on Q3 2021 the transaction is expected to be successfully completed ("Closing Date").

The solar park started its commercial operation on the 01 September 2016 ("Commercial Operations Date"). Monte Plata solar Park will help to avoid an estimated of 1,716,000 tons of CO2 emissions throughout its lifetime.

MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Fund LLC (Fund) is the "Investment Company" in which MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (Company) exclusively invests.
