Agostini's Limited - Notice of Material Change

We wish to advise our shareholders that our subsidiary company, Rosco Petroadvance Limited, has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Process Components Limited.

Subject to regulatory approvals and due diligence, the transaction is scheduled to close by July 31, 2021.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
