First Citizens Bank Limited - Notice of Record Date - Annual Meeting 2021

In accordance with paragraph 13.1 of By-Law No. 1 of First Citizens Bank Limited ("the Company"), the Directors of the Company have fixed June 30, 2021 as the date of the Twenty-Fourth Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Formal notice and further details of the meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at June 8, 2021 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

Closing of Register - The Register of Members will therefore be closed on June 8, 2021.
