GraceKennedy Limited - Update on Court Hearing - Annual General Meeting

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) received notice from GKC advising that they obtained from the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, in Claim Number SU 2021 CD 00083, an Order made on May 6th 2021 ("Formal Order") for among other things, permission to hold their General meetings by Virtual or Electronic or Hybrid means, in light of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. A copy of the Formal Order is attached. 

In light of this, GKC further advised that their Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday May 26th 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the GraceKennedy Headquarters, 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston, Jamaica. Details on attendance and participation are available at www.gracekennedy.com.
