GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Court Proceedings - Annual General Meeting 2021

This Notice is pursuant to section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012 of Trinidad and Tobago.

TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of May 2021 at 11:00 a.m., the Supreme Court of Jamaica will hear Claim No SU 2021 CD 00083 in which Don Wehby, Director and Chief Executive Officer of GraceKennedy Limited (“the Company”) of 73 Harbour Street in the parish of Kingston will seek orders in relation to the manner in which the Company’s General Meetings may proceed in light of the outbreak of the SARS-CoV 2 (Coronavirus COVID-19), pursuant to section 130(2) of the Companies Act, 2004.

Copies of the Fixed Date Claim Form and the Affidavit in Support of the Fixed Date Claim Form may be found on the Company’s website at https://www.gracekennedy.com.
