Guardian Holdings Limited – Revised Notice of Non-Payment of Final Dividend 2020

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) hereby advises that the GHL Board met on 4^th March, 2021 and the Directors made the decision not to pay a final dividend for 2020 to conserve the cash resources of the Group given temporary measures, due to the COVID-19 pandemic during 2020, where there were restrictions in a number of jurisdictions preventing extra- territorial dividend flow from major overseas operating subsidiaries into the holding company.

This notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
