Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual Meeting

The Directors have fixed 6^th May, 2021 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2021 which will be held at 4:30pm at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings. Formal notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at 18^th March, 2021 which has been fixed as the record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.
 

Closing of Register
The Register of Members will therefore be closed on 18^th March, 2021.
