Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Cessation of Business of TCL Packaging Limited

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL or the Company) hereby advises that by written resolution dated January 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company considered and unanimously authorized execution of a Shareholder Resolution in respect of the cessation of the business of TCL Packaging Limited (TPL) – a subsidiary of TCL (the Shareholder Resolution).

Pursuant to the Shareholders Resolution, TPL shall cease to carry on business effective February 15, 2021.

TCL holds eighty percent (80%) of the total issued and outstanding share capital of TPL.
