National Flour Mills Limited - Notice of Material Change

Pursuant to Section 64 (i) (b) of the Securities Act 2012, National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) wishes to advise that Mr. Ian Mitchell will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer on February 1st 2021.

Mr. Kelvin Mahabir will officially demit office on January 31st 2021 but will be available to facilitate a hand-over process. The Board, Management and Staff of NFM wish to thank Mr. Mahabir for his sterling contribution to the Company over the past six (6) years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
