Calypso Macro Index Fund - Notice of Material Change

The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation wishes to announce the following change to the Board of Directors:

Mr. Douglas Camacho’s term of office as a Director to the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation expired on December 31, 2020.

In accordance with section 7(1)(f) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chapter 83:03, the Association of Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Companies reappointed Mr. Camacho as a Director of the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, for a period of three (3) years with effect from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023.
