December 24 - Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

On Thursday December 17, 2020, the Board of directors of Massy Holdings Limited declared a final dividend of $2.00 per share, making the total dividend $2.50 per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2020.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed January 08, 2021 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividends. The final dividend will be paid on January 22, 2021 to the registered holders of shares at the close of business on January 08, 2021.
