First Citizens Bank Limited - Notice of Final Dividend Payment

Based on the financials results for the year ended September 30, 2020, the Directors have declared a final dividend of TT$0.45 per ordinary share payable on January 7, 2021 to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at December 23, 2020.

In accordance with Section 110 of the Comapnies Act, Chapter 81:01 of the Revised Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed December 23, 2020 as the Record Dat for determinimg the Shareholders who are entitled to recieve payment of this final dividend.

CLOSING DATE OF REGISTER FOR FINAL DIVIDEND

The Register of Members will be closed on December 23, 2020.
