Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Board Appointments

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL or the Company) hereby informs of the following board appointments made by written resolution of the board of directors dated November 13, 2020:

• ·Mr. David Inglefield was reappointed Chairman of the Board of Directors effective as of October 19, 2020 and until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting following, unless otherwise resolved
• Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzales was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of directors effective December 1, 2020 and until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting following, unless otherwise resolved; and
• Mr. Francisco Aguilera Mendoza was appointed Managing Director effective December 1, 2020 and until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting following, unless otherwise resolved.
