GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payments on 15^th December 2020 of 55 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $545 million to stockholders on record at the close of business on 23^rd November 2020. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 23^rd November to 27^th November 2020.

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 5^th November 2020.
