Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Change in Senior Officer

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL or the Company) hereby informs that Mr. Francisco Aguilera Mendoza will replace Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzales as Chief Executive Officer of TCL, effective December 1, 2020.

Mr. Aguilera Mendoza currently serves as Deputy Chairman and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and will continue to serve in that capacity.

Mr. Seijo Gonzalez held the position of Chief Executive Officer since May 4, 2015 and will take up a promotion within the group of companies that form part of CEMEX, S.A.B de C.V.

TCL thanks Mr. Seijo for his leadership over the past five (5) years and wishes him success in his new role.
