Unilever Caribbean Limited - Notice of Resolution to amend Company's By-Law No. 1

Pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) of the Securities Act 2012

Unilever Caribbean Limited advises that at its Annual Meeting held on October 29, 2020, a resolution was passed to make effective the following changes:

To amend the Company’s By-Law No 1 generally relating to the affairs of the company (Clauses: 6.1, 13.1, 13.2, 13.7.3, 13.7.4, 13.7.7, 13.10, 13.12.1, 13.12.2, 12.12.3, 19.1 and 19.9.2) to permit the holding of virtual shareholders meetings and to allow for electronic notices to be served on shareholders.
